Refund Policy
PEAK PERIOD BOOKINGS
Where at least 30 days notice has been given.
Refund of deposit less a $25.00 administration fee
Where less than 30 days notice has been given - No refund.
OFF PEAK BOOKINGS:
Where at least 7 days notice has been given, the following options apply:
OPTION A : Full credit of deposit to a future booking to be used within 6 months
OPTION B : Refund of deposit less a $25.00 Administration fee
Where less than 7 days notice has been given,
No refund.
